Behavior Therapy
Kind, structured support that helps a child learn calmer, safer and more independent ways to respond.
Movement, strength, balance and posture support so a child can explore the world confidently.
Paediatric physiotherapy supports how a child moves. That includes the big early milestones โ rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking โ and the later ones such as running, jumping, climbing stairs and keeping up with friends in the playground.
Therapy targets strength, muscle tone, balance, posture and coordination, always through activities that feel like play rather than exercise.
You do not need an official diagnosis to come and talk to us. If any of the following sound familiar, an assessment is worth having.
Use this reference table to evaluate everyday behaviors and identify whether an assessment is recommended.
Every child is unique, but our clinical framework follows consistent, evidence-based stages.
Progress accelerates when clinic skills are reinforced inside daily home routines. Try this 15-minute sequence:
Lie on back, bend knees, lift hips high off floor. Hold for 5 seconds; repeat 8 times.
Walk across the living room carpet on all fours (bear walk), then flip over onto hands and feet (crab walk).
Hold one foot off ground for 10-15 seconds while catching a soft tossed ball. Repeat on other leg.
Walk along a strip of painter's tape on the floor placing heel directly in front of opposite toes.
Send the appointment form and we will call you back to confirm a time, or reach us directly on the phone or WhatsApp โ whichever suits you. Tell us what you have noticed about your child and we will make sure the right professional sees them first.
