Group Sessions
Small, carefully matched groups where children practise real social skills with real friends.
Kind, structured support that helps a child learn calmer, safer and more independent ways to respond.
Behavior therapy looks at what a child is trying to communicate through their behavior โ and teaches a skill that works better for them. Rather than focusing on stopping a behavior, we ask what the child needs in that moment, and build the skill that meets the need.
Sessions are calm, playful and structured. We use positive reinforcement, clear routines, visual supports and step-by-step teaching so that a child experiences success early and often. Every plan is written for one child, in one family, in one set of daily routines.
You do not need an official diagnosis to come and talk to us. If any of the following sound familiar, an assessment is worth having.
Use this reference table to evaluate everyday behaviors and identify whether an assessment is recommended.
Every child is unique, but our clinical framework follows consistent, evidence-based stages.
Progress accelerates when clinic skills are reinforced inside daily home routines. Try this 15-minute sequence:
Lower your vocal volume, get to child eye level, validate emotion without arguing ('You are angry, I am here with you').
Offer deep pressure hug, weighted blanket, or 5 wall-pushes to discharge physiological adrenaline.
Present 2 visual choices instead of open-ended demands ('Do you want water or breathing star?').
Praise recovery effort specifically ('You took 3 deep breaths, that helped your body calm down').
Send the appointment form and we will call you back to confirm a time, or reach us directly on the phone or WhatsApp โ whichever suits you. Tell us what you have noticed about your child and we will make sure the right professional sees them first.
